About Us
For over 20 years, Cousin Eddie’s Sauces have been carefully crafted and perfected. Rooted in the rich BBQ traditions of Lexington, North Carolina, Eddie grew up on classic Lexington-style sauce—but wanted something different. He set out to create a sauce that could go beyond BBQ—something bold, versatile, and unforgettable, especially for wild game.
The result is a tomato-based sauce packed with rich flavor, a touch of sweetness, and just the right kick of spice. It’s balanced—never overpowering—so it enhances your food instead of masking it.
Our sauces are incredibly versatile. They’re perfect on pork, brisket, chicken, and ribs—but don’t stop there. From deer and turkey to vegetables, fruits, and even desserts, Cousin Eddie’s Sauce brings something special to every bite.
