Rooted in the rich BBQ traditions of Lexington, North Carolina, Eddie grew up on classic Lexington-style sauce—but wanted something different. He set out to create a sauce that could go beyond BBQ—something bold, versatile, and unforgettable, especially for wild game. The result is a tomato-based sauce packed with rich flavor, a touch of sweetness, and just the right kick of spice. It’s balanced—never overpowering—so it enhances your food instead of masking it.
